European debut of "Cherkaski Mavpy"

Challenge Cup - is one of four European cups, which is conducted under an aegis the international federation of basketball (FIBA). Except of participating in EuroCup Challenge, the men’s basketball clubs of the Old World yet conduct a fight for victory in EUROLEAGUE, ULEB, and EuroCup.
The EuroCup Challenge is presently considered to be the Fourth among the basketball European tournaments, after Euroleague, ULEB, and EuroCup.
On the season 2006/07 guidance of "Cherkaski Mavpy" put for the team a task to overcome successfully the group stage of the EuroCup Challenge, and farther in the matches of play-off to to fight for participaton in the final of competitions. Except of "Mavpy", BK "Dnipro" (Dnepropetrovsk) will conduct a fight for this EuroCup. In opinion of specialists, group, in which plays “Dnipro”, has a weaker composition, as the team from Cherkasy.
Instead of this "Cherkaski Mavpy" belongs to the one of the strongest groups.
In the first match basketball players from “Cherkaski Mavpy” will meet wit the representatives of Baltic school, vice-champion of Estonia, the team Tartu University Rock (Tartu). Last season this club made a contract with 32-years-old Martin Müürsepp, which passed school of NBA and Russian super clubs of TSSK and "UNIKS". Gert Kullamäe came to the team. He played for German BK "Bamberg".
